About our Founder / Dr Lara Tereshchenko

Dr Lara is a Specialist General Practitioner (FRACGP) and Aesthetic Doctor with a passion for evidence-based aesthetic medicine and skin health. She believes in subtle, natural enhancement and takes a thoughtful, individualised approach to every patient, with a focus on skin integrity, balance and long-term skin health.

Dr Lara holds Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and specialist registration as a General Practitioner. She is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attends leading national and international conferences, workshops and advanced training programs to ensure her practice remains informed by the latest evidence and techniques.

Having grown up in Byron Bay, Lara now enjoys life on her farm in the Northern Rivers, where she spends much of her time with her horses and other animals. Her love of nature and the outdoors has shaped her appreciation for healthy, resilient skin and a philosophy of enhancing, rather than changing, natural features.

Known for her calm, honest and no-pressure approach, Dr Lara works closely with each patient to develop personalised treatment plans that align with their goals, anatomy and overall skin health.
